Book The Hall
Hello and welcome to the Crudwell Village Hall online booking system. See below for How to book online but, if you have any questions, please email us at bookings@cvhrg.org.uk and we’ll be very happy to help.
Our regular club days and times can be found at the bottom of this page; please be mindful that, if you book for these times, it’s unlikely we’ll be able to accept your booking.
Weekday Rate: £10 per hour
Weekend Rate: £12.50 per hour
Please remember that all bookings are subject to our Terms and Conditions, our Hiring Policy and completing your booking means you accept them. These can be found on the CVH Booking, Hiring policies and Terms and Conditions page on this site.
PLEASE NOTE: Your booking is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from the bookings secretary so please do not make arrangements before this is done.
How to book online
Before you start please check Availability below to see what times are available.
So, this is what you do:
- Go to the box above to book your activity, the date, time, duration and to pay.
- STEP 1 – PURPOSE OF HIRE. Click on the first box SELECT ACTIVITY see the option for the activity you want and select. If it’s not listed click HALL BOOKING then
- STEP 2 – choose the date, time and duration. Click NEXT
Note: If the time you want has a line through it, it means that time is not available.
- STEP 3 – Book an available time slot and you will automatically be taken to Your Details
- Enter your details. Click NEXT
- STEP 4 – asks you to agree to paying by your debit or credit card. Click NEXT
Note: Your card details are NOT retained by us and are NOT stored on our system.
- STEP 5 – takes you to STRIPE, the secure online payment where you complete your card details and pay.
- Receive confirmation of payment.
- An email notification of your booking goes to our booking secretary who will approve the booking. PLEASE NOTE: Your booking is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from the bookings secretary so please do not make arrangements before this is done.
- That’s it!
